If there are no matchable available times for you in Sheldon's availability, please email classeswithsheldonsheldon@gmail.com with your full availability or 3 possible booking time ranges/dates to schedule a private session and we will follow up with you. This is not a replacement for 1 hour sessions. For more detailed and full service private experiences for long term goals, it's best to book a 1 hour session.

Cancellation Policy

Sheldon Shannon / Sheldon Shannon Yoga has a 24 hour cancellation policy for all classes and programs. You must cancel class 24 hours in advance or you will lose the class or session.
